Welcome to the Mysteries of the DEEP!
Our team is so pleased to be able to provide a comfortable and fun weekend of community and steampunk. We will be populating this page and our Facebook page with all the details so keep looking back in the next few days. The mystery is unfolding:
FRIDAY NIGHT: Dublin O'Shea
These darlings joyous sound, delight us with their music and high energy. You almost cannot "not" move when they dive in with their instruments and talent. A good time with friends is just what you need. Our crew cannot get enough and we know you will agree. We are truly happy that they love us and return each year to kick off our Friday night of enjoyment! Tickets are available for the general public at the door. Friday passes and 3day passes already have this event included. If you want to learn more about the band please check out their website at www.dublinoshea.com. And check them out on Facebook.
SATURDAY NIGHT: Fireball Federation Euphonics
The Fireball Federation is proud to join the Geneva Steam community to contribute euphonious tunes that are sure to get your gears grooving. Your DJs and Captains O'Daleigh and Splinter hail from the southern shores of the Ohio river. They head up the Corsair Iniquitous (which are one of the many fine vessels that comprise the Fireball Federation) and will be your masters of melody. Come join us and let off some steam!
Authors Galore
Our "Girl Friday" Mistress of many things, Emily has worked hard with Bill Bodden this year to expand our author access for you. Please take the time to connect with these creative humans and learn about what drives them to share the stories that erupt from their minds. Keep those eyes seeking this page and on Facebook to learn more about the authors. Be sure to check out the panels for some of these authors. Don't miss this opportunity for a closer look into why someone writes new worlds into being.

Join us for a Cuppa with a Kappa in the
~The Tea Room~
C. S Sinesus & Friends - aka "The Tea Lady"
Take a load off those adorable Victorian boots, rest that Encephalopod on a chair and grab a cup of tea accompanied by a sweet treat. There is no better way to meet people and enjoy the riches of the tea trade while mixing it up with sweet repast. The views are amazing and the indoor path is long, so plan well your refreshments accordingly. You will be grateful for the care of C. Sinensis and her friends after your journey. Afterall, pleasant company and cordial service are always a welcome hello. If you want to say hello to "The Tea Lady" on the book of faces, please click here.
*Grand Experience includes the tea room. All other passes need to purchase a tea room pass. Tickets available on site at registration.*
>>Kappa: (Japanese folklore): A water sprite. Sometimes hairy.<<<
PLEASE NOTE: BRING YOUR TEA CUPS WITH YOU! There have been some issues with the hotel and the service for tea and treats. We were paying more for less quality product. So we compromised with the hotel and there will be no dishes from the hotel. We will have disposable cups if you do not have a cup. Some of our staff have de-stashed their tea cup collections and will have some available for nominal price if you would like to get your own personal set *first come first serve - quantity limited*
We apologize for any possible inconvenience this may cause and feel better tea is worth the extra effort!

The Factions Return!
The con-wide factions game has returned. There will be some new players wooing you to their camps, be sure to use your resources well. You never know which of the Faction Leaders can do you the most favor. Resources will be distributed with your Registration packets. Details will be posted at the Registration desk. Be sure to choose well!
Then Join the Faction Leaders for
"Denizens of the Deep - Working as intended"
an interactive gaming experience.
"The factions and their allies realize that the only way to safely trade and interact with the ocean dwellers on a regular basis is to remove the primary threat that keeps them separate. Davy Jones doesn't take kindly to people simply ignoring his dominion over the depths and thus, he needs to be eliminated, if only for a time. The players (Factions leaders and Allies) will have to get onto his ship and deal with the threat themselves, working together as they are able to both survive and succeed. They'll be aided by the use of mysterious techno-magical devices developed by the efforts of the RRC that totally, without a doubt, no matter what the testing reports seemed to show are... Working as Intended." - The Factions will be forced to play a game and may need allies. See what you can do to assist your chosen Faction leader on Saturday at 3:30pm in the Lake Lawn Room.
We welcome back Steampunk Provisions for the Hungry
Please bring your non-perishable food items, toiletries and unopened toilet paper to the table near the Registration desk. Proceeds from the drive will benefit Harold Johnson Food Pantry in Delavan, Wisconsin. Your generosity is appreciated!
Maker's Room - hosted by Kenosha Steampunk Society
Welcome back to the Kenosha Steampunk Society and the Maker's room. This year the team has collected many things and has organized the room into stations and will have preset crafting ready to go if you need to get away from the crowds.
